Rules and Regulations

1. All riders and guests allowed on the property of Dirt Motocross Racepark must sign and print their name on a Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.

2. Parent or guardian of all participating minors must fill out and sign Minor Realese and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.

3. All riders must wear at minimum a DOT certified helmet with chin strap secured, long sleeve shirt, long pants, goggles, gloves and ankle hign boots.

4. 50cc, 65cc, and 85cc classes are never allowed to ride with 125cc, 250cc, and/or 450cc bikes.

5. Riders must follow track layout and directional flow at all times.

6. Riders must know and understand all flags and their color meaning, if they do not, they must contact the main track official at the strating area.

7. Rough or aggressive riding will disqualify any participant.

8. Any yellow flag situation, the riders must use extreme caution.

9. Riders need to inspect their own equipment at their own risk.

10. The track will be opened 30 minutes prior to any open ride for the rider inspection.

11. All riding off track surface is idle speed only.

12. All spectators must remain off track at all times.

13. If ambulance moves to assist a down rider, all bikes will be flagged off the track. The track will remain closed until the ambulance returns to its designated area.

14. Participants may not ride on premises until the ambulance arrives.

15. Dogs must be leashed and controlled at all times and are never allowed outside the owners immediate parking area.

16. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the premises.
